2025-2026 Enrollment Form

Pubic Enrollment for 2025-2026 is NOW OPEN! Open classroom spots are filled on a first come, first serve basis based on receipt of the enrollment form AND fee. You will receive an email confirmation once your enrollment form AND fee has been received and your child has been placed on the classroom roster. Once the classes are full, a waiting list will be generated based on receipt of the enrollment form. 

Class waiting lists are very important. Wait lists are generated on a first come, first serve basis, according to when the enrollment forms are received. Enrollment fees are not required for a spot on our waiting lists. When completing the form, if a class shows it is working on a wait list, do not submit the fee at that time. Enrollment fees are only required when a spot is available.

As of January 1st, the 1-year-old, 2-year-old, and 3-year-old classes are full and working on a wait list.Please submit the enrollment form to be placed on our waiting list.

    Lunch Bunch Option:
    Lunch Bunch is offered to our 3s, 4s and PreK classes. Children bring a "nut free" lunch and dismiss at 12:30.
    Enrichment Class Option:
    The enrichment class is for our 4s and PreK classes only. The enrichment class is from 12:30-2:30 Mondays-Thursdays. Enrichment is not offered on Fridays. **Please note that the enrichment class requires a minimum of 7 children. Class may not be held without 7 enrolled.
    Family Information:
Please note that OSP requires children to be up to date on all vaccinations. Please contact the school for questions about the requirements.
Non-refundable $125 Enrollment Fee is due with completed Enrollment Form to secure placement in the program.  **Do NOT submit the fee for a class showing full.
